Join me for a deep dive one hour sound healing session. We will bathe in the healing frequencies from frosted crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, medicine drum, soft vocals, 32 inch Nibiru gong, rattles, and rain disk. Each session is tailored to your current needs with an energetic focus of clearing, bringing in healing light, easing into a state of calm and presence. After an hour of sound healing we will flow into 30 minutes of Reiki. If you are looking for a safe space where you can be in your body with full awareness, feeling a sense of peace and relaxation. This is the perfect session for you. Whether you are wanting to dissolve anxiety, depression, or an overthinking mind. You will leave as if an energetic weight has been lifted. This session will help with digestion, boost immunity, improve your mental health, and open you to a sense of clarity.
