Microdose & Spiritual Practice Immersion

Service Description

This is a unique experience where you will have the opportunity to microdose and immerse yourself in multiple spiritual practices, which will allow you to receive the deepest benefits of this medicine. I will share some education about the benefits of microdosing and we will drink tea together with our intentions around why we are working with the medicine. We will immerse our bodies into the physical realm of stretching and breathing. Detoxing the body and bringing total presence through the breath. From this point we can flow into a guided meditation which will highlight where we are currently in the stars and where we are emotionally. After we use the power of minds to heal our bodies, we will fully relax in to the powerful vibrations of a sound bath. The instruments that I play are rattles, Tibetan bowls, flute, crystal singing bowls, chimes, a 32 inch gong, infinity rain disk, and soft vocals/chanting prayers. Each sound healing is very individual as each spirit guides me intuitively to what is needed to explore the depths of our spirits journey in this life.
