Microdose & Integration Support

Service Description

During this three day microdosing experience we will meet for 3 hours each evening. In a space of intention we will drink our tea and dive into our practice of yin yoga and restorative sound. Through a lense of applying language for our feelings, journal prompts, and regulating the nervous system you will move forward with new plant allie’s and valuable tools to support you on your journey in an expanded version of yourself.
